Our shipping policy ensures that orders requiring painting are typically processed and ready for shipment within 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note that the actual processing time may vary depending on factors such as our current demand, volume, and the specific item ordered. For non-painted parts, we aim to ship them within one or two business days. Please keep in mind that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.

When it comes to shipping estimates, non-painted parts usually arrive within 5-10 business days, while painted parts may take slightly longer, around 10-15 business days. Shipping and handling charges are applicable to all orders unless there is a special agreement in place between the parties involved. We collaborate with reputable shipping providers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other freight couriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

If you require express service, we offer the option to expedite your order by paying additional fees for both painting and shipping. This allows you to receive your items more quickly. In the unfortunate event that your shipment arrives damaged, it is crucial to follow the proper procedure. For items shipped via freight, it is essential to carefully inspect the packaging and the part itself upon delivery. If you notice any obvious signs of damage, we strongly advise refusing the shipment. In such cases, please do not sign the shipping slip provided by the driver and contact us immediately. This will enable us to initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.

For other couriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS, customers have up to 7 days from the date of receipt to notify us of any damages so that we can file an insurance claim. It is important to report any damages within this timeframe, as claims made after 7 days may not be approved.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. We understand that vehicle parts can be oddly shaped and large, which may cause concerns when ordering online. Unlike some of our competitors who compromise on packaging, resulting in bent or damaged parts, we prioritize the quality of our packaging. We use full-size shipping boxes and packaging materials that protect your items during transit. Rest assured, we do not bend any parts we ship!
